Agreement on the processing of personal data:

1. Accepting this Agreement for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the user agrees in accordance with the Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N 152-FZ “On personal data” (hereinafter - the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data") to the processing of his personal data (PD), namely: full name, email, phone number, date of birth, city of residence.
2. Operator for processing User PD is Administration of the information resource "beback.cash" located on the domain name https://beback.cash (hereinafter - "Resource"), hereinafter referred to as Administration.
3. Processing of the above PD will be carried out by means of mixed processing of personal data (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, distribution including transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction (removal)).
4. Processing PD is carried for an indefinite period.
5. Removing of the PD from the system at the request of the User is possible if this application is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" and sent from the user's email address to the address: support@beback.cash, after receiving this application and considering it by the Administration within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of the application by this authorized person. The user understands and agrees that by sending an application to the Administration for remove the PD from the system, he thereby simultaneously authorizes the Administration to delete his account , created by the Administration upon registration of this User in the Resource
6. The purpose of PD processing is to use the Resource and its services, as well as the services integrated with the Resource.
7. The user also confirms that the entered data is correct and expresses complete and unconditional consent (acceptance) on the use of contact data for maintain communication, to make phone calls to the specified landline and/or mobile phone, for sending SMS messages to the specified mobile phone, to send e-mails to the specified e-mail address in order to confirm the necessary data for the operation of the Resource and/or its individual services, and also for the purposes established by the User Agreement. Feedback of the Administration with the User is possible in any accessible way.

Other privacy conditions:

The user provides access to the following technical information for beback.cash Service or Renderer: cookie, browser session, IP address of the User. This information is not used to identity anddoes not imply any use of PD, but this information is necessary for the operation of the Service beback.cash and Internet sites of Advertisers, as well as to send suggestions to Users. The beback.cash service requires that its Users activate cookies to accumulate cashback.

The security of the personal information of Users is important for the Service beback.cash. The service beback.cash uses a secure, encrypted connection (called an SSL connection) on all pages of users' access to the Resource or the transfer of personal information.
